Janitorial Manager (Weekends Only)
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays (hours may vary based on client needs)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Janitorial Manager to oversee weekend cleaning operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, managing staff, and serving as the point of contact for weekend issues. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading teams while maintaining professional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support janitorial staff during weekend shifts.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company and client standards.
- Perform quality checks and address deficiencies promptly.
- Step in to assist with cleaning when needed.
- Train new employees and reinforce proper cleaning procedures.
- Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
- Communicate issues, incidents, or supply needs to upper management.
- Maintain a professional and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional cleaning/janitorial experience.
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks.

Compensation:
