Job Description:
Triad Cleaning Crew is hiring five (5) dependable Flex Cleaners to join our on-call cleaning team. This position is ideal for individuals who want flexible work and are available to step in when needed.
Flex Cleaners serve as backup support when a regularly scheduled cleaner calls out or when additional coverage is required. Work availability will vary week to week based on needs.
Responsibilities:
- Step in to cover cleaning shifts on short notice.
- Perform general commercial cleaning duties, including:
- Mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Emptying trash.
- Restroom cleaning.
- Light dusting and surface cleaning.
- Follow company cleaning standards and checklists.
- Communicate promptly regarding availability.
- Maintain professionalism at all client locations.
Schedule & Availability:
- On-call / as-needed basis.
- Shifts may be daytime, evening, or weekends.
- Flexibility and reliability are key for this role.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and responsive when contacted.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
